Aburuf obtained his law degree from Alneelain University in Sudan, where he developed a strong foundational understanding of civil, criminal, and Sharia law principles. His pursuit of specialized expertise led him to earn a Master of Construction Law and Disputes Resolution from BUID in partnership with King's College London, a credential that placed him among a select group of legal professionals equipped to handle complex infrastructure and construction disputes in the region.
In 2016, Aburuf expanded his impact beyond legal practice by founding Aburuf College of Science and Technology in Sudan, a higher education institution offering a wide range of undergraduate degrees, including LLB Law Honors, BSc Medical Labs, BSc Nursing, BA, Bachelor of Banking and Finance, Bachelor of Economy, and MBBS (underway). Aburuf's legal career began in 1999, when he founded Aburuf Legal Translation Services in Dubai, an accredited firm by the Ministry of Justice UAE. His early work as a legal translator gave him unparalleled insight into the linguistic and procedural nuances of cross-border legal matters, establishing a foundation for his later specialization in international commercial arbitration and construction law.
